Spencer Keats (born July 19, 1987) better known as his stage name Esss was born in Plainfield, New Jersey and was raised in Piscataway, New Jersey. Esss is a songwriter and rapper known for his stage presence, catchy hooks, and song concepts. Influenced by artists like Tupac, D-Block, Jay-Z, Nas and the 90s era of Hip Hop. His passion for music later became his motivation after the tragic passing of his mother in 2017 and then losing his grandmother shortly after in 2018. Esss crippled by his loss would then bring about the concept of his new business endeavor "PainGang," along with inspire his first upcoming debut album "Kim's Son." Devoted and dedicated he will continue to surpass any hurdles placed in front of him, while aiming to reach new heights with his play on words.
